This was the view on our drive there.
Mom said "this ain't Floridah" as we walked up this hill. I don't know what she meant. I had lots of fun running up and down, up and down, up and down!
Here's Dad and me in front of Haystack Rock. Big whoop! But it was better than the crater from yesterday because at least we could see it.
This is my first time in the ocean! I didn't like it.
It wasn't so bad when the water receded.
Mom wanted me to pose for her in various shots because I'm such a good model.
I needed my Doggles but Mom left them at home. The day started off hazy and overcast but soon turned to bright sun! It made me all squinty.
I liked the sand under my toeses.

I just read your post from yesterday and I am all blushing and stuff. I'm too heavy to fly Northwest - I'm 21lbs now and my mom said that is fat. My mom loves that part of the country. When are we moving there so we can maybe get married?

I'm not too fond of the water either, Martha. It gets you all sticky so the hooman then have to dump more water on you! I did think that the sand was fun though - lots of good smells. Keep those updates coming. We love being on vacation with you!

WooHoo & Congratulations on meeting the ocean. GooberStan is land-locked so I've never been to the ocean (unless Lake Michigan counts).

I've never been to the beach before, I bet it was so cool. Yeah I think that water would scare me too, it looks like it has bubbles in it.
